What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

As of now, products may only be shipped within the United States—no international shipping available.


What happens if items are lost in transit?

Because we only make one of each item, it is impossible to resend the same product. The first step would be to file a claim with UPS to see if it was delivered to the wrong address and begin investigation. If the product still cannot be found, a replacement product can be negotiated.
